IT'S HEALTHY began as a food co op in 1987 and has developed into one of the best health food and bulk organic whole food retail shops in the North (if not the best!).
With a huge range of stock and, with 25 years experience, we have a good knowledge of products and their uses, which we are more than happy to share.

This includes GLUTEN FREE products, sugar free sweets (without the use of artificial sweeteners) and food necessary for special diets.

We believe in keeping food simple and affordable and stock local products, wherever possible, before imports.

Because we want to keep and improve this planet, we use biodegradable plastic bags wherever possible. We encourage our customers to do the same, or better still,  bring their own containers for refilling.

We sell water, only in eco-friendly bottles, and sell ECO TANKA stainless steel sipper bottles.

AGE CONCERN and GREYPOWER members are welcome to a discount on purchases over $10.

We are  happy  to receive phone or e-mail orders,  and will send by courier, as far south as Whangarei freight free, orders which are over $100.00, and on a courier route.
